"I met Joyce in 2007. She came highly recommended as a person that could help us buy our first home in Maryland. it was immediately clear that she knew the area very well, and that she knew what she was talking about. She was able to listen to our idea of the perfect home, she showed us several homes in the market and was able to point out pros and cons of each. In the end we were able to find our perfect townhome. It was a given then, that when we decided to upgrade to a single-family home, three years later, we would call up on Joyce’s expertise again.
